Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
All purchases from Illicit State are final.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, all items are sold as pre-orders. Because pre-order items enter production specifically for each release, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified after they have been placed.
Pre-order items typically require approximately 4–7 weeks for production and fulfillment. In some cases, production, import, customs, material, or carrier delays may extend the timeline to approximately 8–11 weeks. Delays within the disclosed estimated timeframe do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or size changes for incorrect sizing, change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to review the product description and estimated fulfillment timeline before ordering.
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us at illicitstatellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Normal variations in garment color, wash, distressing, measurements, stitching, fabric texture, and hardware are not considered manufacturing defects.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Illicit State.
Illicit State is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, unclaimed, marked as delivered, or damaged by the shipping carrier after shipment. Customers should contact the carrier directly to open a claim when applicable.
