Shipping policy

Shipping + Pre-Order Policy:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, all items sold by Illicit State are pre-orders.

Pre-order items typically require approximately 4–7 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment. In some cases, production, material, import, customs, or other unexpected delays may extend the fulfillment timeline to approximately 8–11 weeks.

All fulfillment timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated pre-order timeline and the possibility of reasonable delays.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together once all items are ready. This means the entire order may follow the fulfillment timeline of the item requiring the longest production period.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer must contact us to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. Illicit State is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, packages marked as delivered, or packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or unclaimed after shipment.

If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly and submit a claim when applicable.
