Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, all items are sold as pre-orders.
Pre-order items typically require approximately 4–7 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipping.
Production, customs, import, material, or carrier delays may occasionally extend the fulfillment timeline to approximately 8–11 weeks.
All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated pre-order timeline and the possibility of reasonable delays.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together once every item is ready. This means the entire order may follow the production timeline of the item requiring the longest fulfillment period.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see your order confirmation or shipping notification.

All sales are final.
Because pre-order items enter production specifically for each release, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified after they have been placed.
Production delays that remain within the disclosed estimated timeline, including possible extensions of up to 8–11 weeks, do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or size changes for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or accidental purchases. Please review the product description and size information carefully before ordering.
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us at illicitstatellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval are not eligible for replacement or store credit.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
Illicit State is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer must contact illicitstatellc@gmail.com to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply before a returned package can be shipped again.
If a refund is approved for a returned package, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
Illicit State is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, packages marked as delivered, or packages lost, stolen, damaged, or unclaimed after shipment.
If your tracking shows a delivery issue, contact the shipping carrier directly and submit a claim when applicable.
We will provide available order and tracking information to assist with the claim, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for carrier-related issues.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, email illicitstatellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Your email must include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Normal variations in garment color, wash, distressing, measurements, stitching, and material texture are not considered manufacturing defects.

Always follow any care instructions included on the product label or product page.
Unless otherwise stated, wash garments in cold water, inside out, using a gentle detergent.
Wash with similar colors.
Do not use bleach.
Hang dry or lay flat to dry for the best results.
Avoid high heat when washing or drying. High temperatures may cause shrinkage, fading, or changes to fabric treatments, prints, hardware, and garment shape.
Illicit State is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, or general care.
